- Support the HRIS implementation to implement new HR Systems or migrate data from the legacy system to the new HR Systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Evaluate processes and systems for operational excellence, including system user acceptance testing and go-live launch.
- Perform training sessions to teach users on HRIS functionality and provide ongoing support to maximize system utilization.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams for system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
- Assist the HR team in pre-hire, on-boarding, existing processes, off-boarding, and training records administration.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of system management experience in HRIS systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
