Retrieve/shelve and stocktake records in the repository, with accompanying NLB staff.
Assist in the processing of records for inventorisation and verify the records against their listings.
• Annotate the listings in case of discrepancies. Where listings are unavailable, type listings.
• Affix barcode labels on the records and/or their boxes.
• Enter the record metadata and scan the barcode numbers in the softcopy inventorisation template.
• Identify and indicate errors in the data entered in the inventorisation templates.
