Responsibilities
- Over all IT PM for the program.
- IT Delivery leader for the program - Working with Front Office, Operations, Finance and
- Technology stakeholders for the target architecture implementation
- Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance
- Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure
- onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries
- Test management for the front to finance chain
- Stakeholder management, running program governances, Steering committees, regular operational and working committees
Requirements
- Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Equity Derivatives Trade
- Masters in Information Technology
- Processing Systems implementation would be a key criteria
- Transversal front to back project implementation experience – Exposure of referential, trade
- booking, settlement, Reporting, Regulatory reporting, accounting, group reporting chains
- PM expertise managing large transversal IT programs > 2-3 Mi euros in budget is mandatory
- Minimum 12 Years of Project Management Experience.
- Knowledge on Trade life cycle
- Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies Previous experience in working in Matrix organizations
