Responsibilities
- Maintain, streamline, improve or automate existing manual reporting processes and templates to optimize BAU management reporting
Manage, catalogue and archive large number of manual data files or working data assets in required Team SharePoint folders for BAU
Evaluate internal processes for efficiency, problems and inaccuracies, develop and maintain best practises for handling, processing and cleaning manual data
Work closely with team to check completeness and accuracy of data, support ad hoc data analysis, reporting or BAU activities as and when required
Create and maintain visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data source
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology or any related disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a business/data analyst or active participation in cross-functional, strategic transformations with roles exposed to data use cases
- Hands-on experience in Python, SQL (test during hiring assessment)
- Has knowledge/experience for analytics tools like Jupyter notebook; Superset; MySql; Presto; S3 AWS;
- Ability to work independently around tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
