Responsibilities:
• Daily IT support between offices and remote offices/remote users
• Setting up and configuration of new pc and laptops for end users
• Server hardware (Active Directory, Email server, Web server, VM
server) administration, maintenance and support
• Office administration, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Firewall and Spam monitoring
• Active directory administration, maintenance and support and
Licences
• Creating and maintaining SOP documentations and asset tagging
of IT inventories & licences
Skills Requirements / Qualification:
• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 2
years of working experience
• Practical working knowledge and experience in setting up switches
• Experience with administrating the Active Directory and VMware
• Good working knowledge in Office 365 administration
• Experience in VBA, NET programming for automation projects
(would be an added advantage)
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal skills and team player with
positive attitude and self-initiative.
Basic Salary:
Mininum $4,000 depending on experience.
