Job Title: IT Support Role (Up to $2900, Central, MNC)
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Location: Central
Pay: $ 2500 - 2900
Duration: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm
Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary contact for IT related problems and issues for other colleagues.
· Install, configure, and upgrade software and operating systems.
· Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware and software problems on computer systems.
· Maintain accurate inventory database, repair log and activity log
· Enforce company’s guidelines and policies
· Manage user accounts and set permissions
· Coordinate off-site repairs with external vendors
· Monitor emerging trends that develop in the ticketing system
· Assist with network implementation projects
· Coordinate off-site repairs with external vendors
· Contribute to the company’s knowledge base
· Communicate well with customers and members of the team, display a confident and self-motivated approach
· Strong time management and prioritization skills in a multi-tasking environment
· Ability to work well in a team environment, support other members of the team as they support our customers
· Ability to be calm and think clearly under pressure
· Aptitude for analytical problem resolution, troubleshooting skills and approaches
· Ability to occasionally work extended hours, including evenings and weekend hours to meet project deadlines or resolve issues
Requirements:
· Previous corporate experience preferred
· Technical support experience
· Experience in creating and maintaining documentation, processes, and procedures
