A catalyst role to invoke transformation and innovation at organization level through communication, education and experimentation.
Responsibilities:
- Working with senior management to build internal capability as part of Income’s transformation journey
- Influence and work with the different business units to navigate the phases of transformation by inculcating and embedding new ways of works. For example: Design thinking. Agile, Lean Six Sigma, dynamic work design.
- Own the Agile transformation agenda by creating awareness and equipping the organization with knowledge to deploy design thinking, agile and lean six sigma for suitable projects.
- Work with external consultants and subject matters experts to facilitate training and execution of projects
- Coach the Product Owners and relevant Project Leaders to prepare and facilitate projects by aligning priorities, transformation objectives and guide decisions and evaluate design usability and effectiveness.
- Expected to lead projects using suitable methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile and Lean Six Sigma)
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 or more years of working experience with more recent years of experience, relevant to design thinking, agile methodologies and new ways of work with strong proven outcome.
- Experience in leading and driving transformation projects at organsational level. For examples, introduce and instill design thinking mindset, educate and instill agile principles, behaviours and put into actions.
- Strong knowledge and experience of lean six sigma is preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate, collaborate, coach and inspire others and outcome driven.
- Excellent stakeholder management with good business acumen
