Job Description
- Making arrangement for office briefing / promotion training
- With external parties for training arrangements
- Assist in implementation of Cadet monitoring program
- Planning and organizing office staff training
- For analyzing the CLMS progress
- Arranging De-briefing session for the Audit and Training SI and Superintendents
- Planning and preparing of training meeting with Training management Team
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimally Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent
- Minally 2 years of related working experience
- Crewing background is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Able to work independently and in a team
