Based in Singapore and working with a Partner Practice with operations in multiple locations including Singapore, the United Kingdom and Dubai, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functions of financial advisory and wealth management operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Job:
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to the team to maximise performance.
- Review the existing UK client database to improve data archiving and security in terms of client information, data protection, team process documents and access to internal resources.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and wealth managers to ensure exceptional client overall experience and service delivery, focusing on maintaining high client satisfaction levels and building long term relationships.
- Ensure team’s adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Identify training needs within the team and provide development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Drive changes and improvements in the client experience by supporting Partner communications.
- Create collateral to support new Partner development in Dubai.
- Build a repatriation model for clients returning to the UK.
