Profile and Qualifications:
- At least three years of working experience.
- Experienced in international commercial transactions.
- Confident in managing chinese-speaking clients.
Job Description
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Manage claim files to ensure their progress as per the company's guidelines.
- Devise appropriate recovery strategies and amicable settlements.
- Updating and advising the clients on the progress of their claims.
- Analysing claim documents, determining the feasibility of legal action, and thereafter formulate a legal action strategy.
- Investigate claims and conduct cargo traces.
- Ensure that claims and actions are properly and promptly recorded on the company's CRM system.
