Job Responsibilities:
- Provide service and support for security solution deployed at customers’ premises
- Understand the mechanics of equipment in the security solution.
- Know the functionality of each equipment deployed to the security system.
- Provide hands on preventive maintenance service on equipment deployed.
- Provide and maintain good customer support.
- Ensure backup information in the security system.
- Respond to fault calls promptly
- Attend to troubleshooting and repairs of equipment.
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
- Ensure good quality of work and abide to safety & environmental regulations.
- Perform other official company duties as may be directed
