Responsibilities
- Processing salary and overtime payments
- Recording and monitoring employee leave
- Applying for and renewing work permits
- Submitting biannual medical examination results for foreign workers
- Updating foreign workers' residential addresses in MOM records
- Managing workers’ welfare, including uniforms, safety shoes, and lockers
- Updating and maintaining personnel data
- Administering work pass renewals
- Handling insurance-related claims
- Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance
Requirements
- GCE O level
- 1-2 years of working experience in HR functions
