Responsibilities
- Calendar management and schedule calls/ meetings.
- Liaison, coordinate and arrange meetings with business partner, clients and external stakeholders.
- Provide sales support and accounts management, including keeping accurate records, processing invoices, and managing payments.
- Book domestic and international travel, adhering to policies and guidelines.
- Assist with HR recruitment, on boarding set-up details.
- Manage expense report coordination and submissions
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes of new sales hires in collaboration with the hiring manager
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Diploma in business or relevant field
- 1-2 year of working experience in secretarial or PA function
- Experience in travel bookings and calendar management are essential
