Job Description:
· Serves primarily as a project manager and service delivery manager to track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of projects assigned.
· Provide rapid, project management responses such as communication plans, Gantt charts and implementation plans for RFI/Tenders.
· Develop proposal writeups and consolidations of RFI/Tenders requirements responses for bidding submissions.
· Engages in scheduling conversations with BEENET clients and solutions partners for services delivery.
· Maintain post-implementation project relationship with clients.
· Manage the financial milestones and track the scheduling of services deliveries for trainings, custom software development and services engagements for timely completion.
· Work with BEENET software developers to plan for User Acceptance Test (UAT) for custom software development and ensure the tests are delivered meeting clients’ requirements to obtain services delivery sign-off.
· Work with BEENET technical consultants to ensure services engagements are delivered according to clients’ expectations.
· Work with BEENET trainers to ensure training services are scheduled and delivered on time.
Requirements:
· At least a Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
· At least 3 to 5 years of experiences in IT Project Management
· Experience in working with higher education institutions will be an added advantage.
· Certification: (Added advantage)
PMP, Prince II, ITIL or CITPM•
· Technical/Software Skills: (Added advantage)
Familiar with Information Technology concepts.
Familiar with LTI, SDK, API
Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle and systems support
Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
