Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth across the region (SG & selected territory). This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving revenue through new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the designated territory/verticals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prospects, clients, and partners
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
