We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at WESPORTS ACADEMY SINGAPORE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. As the Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences within our sports academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Lead the operations team in managing day-to-day activities, including facility management, scheduling, and logistics.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of sales and operations staff.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated sales and marketing campaigns that promote academy programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential liabilities and safeguard the academy's assets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for director to track performance metrics and key performance indicators.
