About Our Client
Our client is a leading provider of hyper-scale data centre solutions, part of a global US MNC (FT500). The team is looking for an experienced FPA individual who is motivated and driven to be part of their global expansion strategy post integration, with exposure to the wider business across SEA.
Job Description
- Collaborate closely with the finance and accounting team in the APAC region to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Supervise revenue generation and deferred revenue, monitoring actual gross margin and forecasting.
- Manage the details and analysis of balance sheet accounts, ensuring reconciliation with subledger records.
- Coordinate with accounting, procurement, legal, and HR departments to maintain consistency in accounting practices across all regions.
- Handle planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business support activities, including consolidating weekly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for headcount, revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Conduct backlog waterfall and pipeline analyses.
- Work with country and regional finance and accounting teams to analyze monthly actual results compared to plans and forecasts.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and projections based on analysis.
- Develop financial models as necessary for decision support.
- Hold monthly FP&A meetings with commercial and finance leaders.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
- 3-4 Years related FP&A experience, individuals with exposure to APAC / Regional entities are beneficial
- Individuals who manages multiple entities on budgeting, forecasting templates looking to grow their career in a FP&A capacity in a dynamic environment are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical skills and agility to adapt to start-up environment
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft excel skills
- Working knowledge of Netsuite and Smartview a plus
