1. Providing counselling face to face, over the telephone, or online
2. Working with individuals, families or groups
3. Keeping confidential records
4. Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients
5. Listening to clients' concerns, empathising with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way
6. Participating in client and community assessments, facilitating group sessions and implementing specialized intervention strategies. This could include conducting group therapy sessions, leading support groups or organizing community events to address specific needs.
7. Supporting senior professionals in implementing the center's operational processes, policies and protocols. This may include assisting with staff training, ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
8. Being flexible and willing to take on other tasks as assigned by the church. This could involve anything from administrative duties to participating in special projects or committees.
