1)Site survey, quotation preparation, construction quality and safety management, budget control .
2)Negotiation of quotations with supplier/subcontractors .
3)Ability to use Excel calculation software.
4)To check site installation work against approved drawings. Supervise, schedule/plan monitor and inspect the works progress on ACMV duct, pipe and Electrical work.
5)Understand T&C of M&E system.
6)To attend/Conduct Tool Box/Work arrangement Meeting at site.
7)Co-ordination works with Civil contractor and sub-contractor workers to housekeep, protection and storage of equipment, materials, tools and etc.
8)Perform other duties as assigned .
