Your will be responsible for the following:
· Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
· Collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams to translate customer requirements into product specifications and technical requirements.
· Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, including concept development, design verification/validation, regulatory submission, and commercial launch.
· Work closely with Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Affairs teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical validation of product performance.
· Develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging to drive awareness, adoption, and market penetration.
· Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to develop sales collateral, training materials, and promotional campaigns to support product launch and commercialization efforts.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for continuous improvement.
· Manage operations for PreciX's Knee Assessment Service, amongst other key company activities.
· Analysis of monthly reports to ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
What You Need?
· Proven work experience in Operations, Administration, or similar role will be an advantage.
· Experience in Quality Management systems for MedTech Companies will be an advantage.
· Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing medical device products, from concept to market.
· Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
· Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and market dynamics.
