Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
- Providing superior customer service to lounge guests with extensive F&B knowledge and skills to ensure that all service standards are of the highest level
- Serving guests in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures
- Assist when necessary to ensure optimum service to the guests
- Accommodate guest requests expediently and courteously
- Ability to maintain company’s standards, policies and procedures
- Handle lounge facilities, F&B related inventories, service discrepancies, emergencies, injuries, missing articles, damage and safety hazards
- Any other assigned duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in service or hospitality industry
- Have F&B knowledge and serving background
- Well grooming standards
- Food Handling/Safety Cert preferred
