Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for potential candidates through various channels.
- Create and post engaging job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Stay updated on employment laws and ensure recruitment processes align with legal requirements.
- Effectively communicate with candidates, providing updates and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Manage administrative tasks related to interviews scheduling, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Work collaboratively within the HR team and across departments; supporting the daily operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma qualification in Business Management/Administration/Human Resources or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in human resources management are encouraged to apply.
