Technical Support Engineer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical expertise in manufacturing and field support.
- Lead on NPI Build and develop process documents (WI, Manual, FMEA and RA)
- Support for Customer and Field service escalations and trouble shooting.
- Support L and L3 Training manual preparation and provide training.
- Hands-on and participate engineering activities CIP and DOE
- Lead for first tool setup/service equipment/tool integration at the customer site!
- Works with Mechanical, Electrical and Software engineering team for design improvements.
- Participate and support design Quality validation activities.
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above in Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of electronics, electromechanical, mechanical and fluid handling systems
- Experience in supporting on automated equipment in semiconductor environment
- Experience in software installation and configuration would be an added advantage
- Able to juggle priorities to meet deadlines
- Extensive travel and long outstation assignments may be required.
