Job Description:
· Offer technical support and expertise advice to customers (both internal and external)
· Do regular site visits as part of field learning experiences and also to help troubleshoot issues as necessary.
· Work with QC team on product defects/issues/technical aspects
· Other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Personal Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
· Strong computer skills and knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
· Strong problem – solving skills and engineering knowledge, good ethics.
· Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time, have good communication skills, ability to work independently.
