Job Summary:
As a Hotel Room Sales Manager, you will be the face of the hotel/serviced residence, conducting sales activities, securing new event accounts, nurturing client connections, working closely with Operations, meeting sales goals, and ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- As the facade of the hotel, maintain a neat appearance and present hotel/serviced residence products and services effectively.
- Allocate time daily for sales activities such as making calls, visiting hotels, and giving virtual presentations.
- Show expertise in the sales process by building rapport, asking open questions, following up, maintaining expectations, addressing conflicts, overcoming objections, closing deals, and obtaining post-feedback.
- Proactively seek new sales leads to expand customer base.
- Foster customer loyalty by ensuring current clients' satisfaction with products and services.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Utilize company systems and tools efficiently, including property management and customer relationship systems.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Work with the Revenue Management team to set appropriate pricing strategies.
- Maintain good communication with clients.
- Be aware of market trends and information.
- Meet monthly sales goals to reach the overall budget.
- Regularly monitoring client accounts' performance and creating plans to improve it
- Follow up with clients who haven't paid their bills on time.
- Lead projects and initiatives in the team when asked.
Key Details:
- Minimum 3 years in the related field
- Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
- Basic + Transport Allowances + Incentives.
