Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- To develop tender strategies and responsible for tender estimation, including but not limited to quantity take off, cost estimation etc.
- To prepare tender submission, including qualification and quantification documents.
- To coordinate all parties to provide accurate analysis on the participated project including collating of critical information and preparation of final submission documentation.
- To conduct tender exercises for sub-contracting including evaluation and award of contract.
- To prepare development plan to client aligning to Master Industry Plan (Familiar with industry market trend to provide input and ideas on what key propositions to bring to clients and knowledge in Design & Build Tender is preferred)
- To do presentation to Management on the tender submission proposal.
- To do presentation to Potential Client / Consultants on submission proposal and good at negotiation
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects.
- Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in building construction projects especially residential
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
