TRADE FINANCE EXECUTIVE
- Working Days: 5 days
- Working Timing: 9AM to 6PM
- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Salary: $4,000 - $5500
Responsibilities
- Perform checks on Import and Export documents drawn under LCs
- Liaise with banks to monitor and follow up on Letters of Credits updates
- Work closely with operations team to provide clear instructions to bank for process of LC application, negotiation, amendments & etc
- Assist in effective cash management through, including but not limit to, monitoring daily cash flow, performing cash planning and forecasting for upcoming payment
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Prepare daily, periodic or as and when required reports to Management
- Manage and handle all the query from auditors, management, bankers, or counterparty
- Perform entry of all transaction data and process documents
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or relevant
- Min 3 years’ accounting experience with at least 1 year experience in processing LCs
- Experience in liaising with banks for matters related to Letters of Credits
- Strong knowledge in Letters of Credits’ terms
