The Role of an Accounts Executive (AR) maintains the sales collections, ensures prompt payments from customers and prepares AR aging reports.
Responsibilities
- Preparing AR aging reports and update on issues in the reports.
- Handle administrative requests from customers and internal stakeholders including not but limited to providing CTC invoices, CN and/or DN, checking receipts by customers, replying to enquiries.
- Sending of SOAs to customers or sales personnel.
- Collect cash and ensure cash is properly kept or banked in within reasonable period.
- Assist in credit control.
- Assist to answer customer’s email and/or contact by emailing/calling customers.
- Assist AR team in other ad-hoc matters for trade customers (including On-trade, Off-trade and Export)
- Assist in other Finance department and administrative matters as required – forms filling, scanning and filing.
- Involve in company event such as stock-take.
Requirement
- Minimum 1 to 2 years AR experience.
- Fresh accounting/business graduates from Poly/ITE are welcome.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Possess intermediate excel skills and communication skills.
- Familiar with EPR system and F&B wholesales business is a plus.
