Job Description / Requirements / Skills:
· The successful candidate will be involved in the development of enterprise metadata solutions for the organization.
· The candidate is expected to work closely with business end-users and other data analysts to plan, implement, and support metadata collection and management related activities for internally created data.
· The candidate will be responsible in the design and implementation of robust and scalable solutions to meet business needs and take operational considerations into account.
Skillset (Must have)
· Able to perform metadata collection, design, onboarding, quality control and cleansing across the entire metadata lifecycle.
· Experience in conducting requirement workshops with stakeholders, analyze and translate business and other requirements holistically into metadata collection strategies, plans, and actions.
Able to identify, analyze and resolve challenges faced by business team in collecting and managing metadata.
· Experience in designing and implementing scalable metadata related processes and solutions to support the growing demands from business users.
Skillset (Good to have)
- Financial services experience in a data governance or data management role.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with data governance tools.
