Job Responsibilities
- Attending and transferring of incoming calls, mailers, courier packages etc
- Arrange and liaise on regular in/outgoing courier packages and in/outgoging shipments
- Maintain and replenishing of office supplies
- Perform and coordinate on company licensing matters
- Perform and coordinate with external IT vendor for simple troubleshooting
- Arrange with respective persons on renewal of vehicle road tax, season parking etc
- Prepare / mail tax invoices to customers and posting into accounting system
- Ensure all digital and paper filings are properly archived and organised
- Organize and coordinate on annual company events, whenever necessary
- Arrange and register courses for staffs, whenever necessary
- Maintain simple housekeeping duties in the office
- Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be organised, proactive, responsible and able to work as a team
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin due to nature of business associates
