Fixed Working hours: 9:00-18:00
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing user requirements
- Proposing Oracle HCM solutions
- Configuring systems
- Conducting training
- Providing post-implementation support for Oracle Cloud project implementation and consultancy services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering or related field.
- 2 years and above experience in complex Oracle Cloud project implementation and support, with a focus on Fusion Cloud or Cloud Solution (Candidates with more experience would be considered as senior roles, vice versa)
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Oracle ERP, Oracle SCM, Oracle HCM, Oracle Primavera, Oracle Work Asset Cloud Service, Oracle Field Service, Oracle Reporting, Oracle BI, Oracle Customer Cloud Service / Oracle Customer Care and Billing, Oracle Meter Data Management, Oracle Sales Cloud / Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle Security
- Minimum 1 cycle of project implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to Oracle systems.
Good to have:
- Fluent in Cantonese will be an advantage.
- Experience with other ERP or industry systems such as SAP would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
