- Min Diploma in accounting

Job Description:
- Handle full sets of accounts - handle daily operational AP/ AR tasks including invoicing, payment, receipts, staff claims, and others
- Prepare quarterly GST reports
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with the external auditor and tax agent
- Perform monthly reconciliation, Balance Sheet Schedules and reports
- Perform month-end and year-end closing of accounts for management reporting and statutory compliance
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agent, company secretary and other professional advisors
- Prepare reconciliation on assets, accounts receivables, accounts payables and bank reconciliation
- Verification of employee’s expenses claims
- Monitor and highlight long outstanding AP and AR
- Preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws and regulations, and/or any other reporting requirements
- Payroll & Administrative work
