Duties and responsibilities:
- Handle daily bookkeeping, accounts receivables, payables functions, and other assigned tasks.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks including data entry, preparing payment vouchers, generating reports and statements, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and communicating with clients regarding payment matters.
- Coordinate with external auditors, corporate secretary, tax agents, bankers, etc.
- Fulfill any additional accounting or finance duties as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier correspondence.
- Draft documents or letters as needed for written communication.
- Manage office supplies, pantry items, stationery, product and equipment purchases, and office maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to management to ensure smooth company operations.
Qualifications:
- Polytechnic diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an international accounting office.
- Proficiency in EXACT & Cargowise One, Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, or related ERP systems.
- Familiarity with local requirements and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess resilience, flexibility, precision, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- Strong analytical skills, efficiency, and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with partners from various cultures.
