You will be part of a team to plan, implement and execute initiatives to ensure effective and efficient operations within the Education domain. This includes oversight of all onboarding, offboarding and welfare activities of staff in Education. You will strategise and develop the learning needs of Group Education to achieve objectives and strategic thrusts. You will also develop HR processes within Education and have an oversight over staff development. You will assist in analysing employee engagement survey results and work with Education HODs on their action plans.
In addition, you will prepare presentation materials for management meetings/townhalls and perform secretariat support duties. You will undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
· Degree in any discipline.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Working knowledge of Tableau will be advantageous.
· Good interpersonal skills, organised and meticulous.
· Strong verbal and communication skills.
· Driven and independent worker who is able to manage priorities and deadlines.
· Able to work with minimal supervision.
