Job Description:
- Liaise with the contractor with documentation of repair quotation and invoicing.
- Liaise with finance on the documentation regarding invoices from the contractor.
- Validate quotations and seek management approval based on financial approval level.
- Invoice submission to finance and recording in Excel file.
- Prepare weekly reports and consolidation of vehicle Maintenance data.
- Coordination with the contractor for schedule servicing and campaign.
- Assist in documentation for vehicle registration (PDI) and submission to finance.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisors or manager.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Able to run analysis for Vehicle Maintenance
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Multi Work Location:
- Defu South Street 1, JTC Defu Industrial City
- 48 Changi South Street 1 (once a week)
