- Position : M&E Engineer ( Construction/ 6 Days) – Up to $6,500 + Bonus
- Location : To Be Advised (Office located at Changi)
- Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8am to 5pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff
- to meet the project timelines
- Conduct in detailed, M&E coordination with all specialist contractors; Carry out testing and commission of M&E work
- Coordinate with all BIM modellers, coordinators and Project Engineers/Project Managers of
- various M&E contractors,
- To manage sub-con/in progress production planning & build; Supervise day-to-day site works
- Execute mechanical and electrical works in construction
- Handle the project supervision and documentation
- Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials,
- samples, and work progress
- Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM
- team.
- Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Main Contractor involving M&E works
- Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin.
