Key Responsibilities:

o Generate leads through various channels (online platforms, networking events, referrals)

o Assist the sales team by providing information, preparing quotations, and coordinating the sales process from inquiry to order placement

o Create and send invoices to clients for products and services rendered and follow up on overdue payments

o Coordinate with the finance department to track and manage payment collections.

o Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure deals and contracts

o Actively seek new business opportunities and clients

o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

o Work closely with the sales team to align efforts with promotional activities

o Identify emerging customer needs to inform product and service development

o Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person

o Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

o Collaborate with sales, production, and other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience

o Provide customer feedback to enhance offerings based on market demands

o Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales transactions and payments

o Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and outstanding payments.



Requirements:

o Minimum of a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

o 2-5 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the printing industry.

o Applicants with professional Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills will be given priority

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

o Ability to collaborate with different departments, including sales, marketing, and production
