Job Description
Tamarind Global Pte Ltd is a single family office which manages the investment portfolio and philanthropic initiatives of a Singaporean family. Although Tamarind has deep Singapore roots, the family's professional and personal endeavors are global in nature.
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual with exceptional communication skills to provide administrative support for the family.
The ideal candidate understands the importance of discretion, enjoys multi-tasking, and can thrive in an international household environment. We welcome candidates with work experience from a variety of industries including but not limited to hospitality, concierge services and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage household schedules, including appointments, events and activities
- Supervise household staff, including helpers and driver
- Oversee home maintenance and repairs as well as liaise with contractors and service providers
- Plan and coordinate special events
- Assist with errands and other ad hoc tasks and special projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end household or luxury hospitality setting
- Authorised to work in Singapore (Citizen or PR)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Discreet and detail-oriented self starter with excellent judgement and problem solving skills
- Basic conversational fluency in Mandarin, written Chinese is a plus
