Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of e-commerce orders, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with clients.
Monitor warehouse team overtime and prepare monthly reports for warehouse manager.
Train, mentor, and coach warehouse employees to maintain high performance levels.
Work with Inventory Team to ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage space to maximize efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise in the warehouse.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve warehouse processes and procedures.
Requirement
Min 3 years experience in supervisory position
Proven experience in warehouse supervision, particularly in e-commerce fulfillment and third-party logistics.
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce operation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
