- Mon - Fri, office hours
- up to $3500 per month
Responsibilities:
- Create and Maintain Dashboards to provide real-time insights on HR metrics (e.g., attrition, turnover, tenure, performance, and engagement.)
- Validate and ensure the integrity of data displayed in the dashboards.
- Enhance dashboard performance for speed and ease of use.
- Clean and transform data for optimal dashboard display.
- Adhoc projects as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Able to perform independently under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView is an added advantage.
