Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervision and monitoring of project works.
- Coordinate and supervise workers, sub-contractors and ensure their performance.
- Upkeep work schedules and collate documents for submission and billings.
- Attend meetings and regularly update stakeholders on work progress.
- Conducting final BQ measurements, verification of claims/quotations, submission of technical proposals etc.
Requirements:
- Must possess the relevant skills, knowledge, and ability to execute works and services effectively including conducting regular checking, attending complaints, incidents, or feedbacks etc.
- Ability to prepare inspection checklists and generate audit reports, incident reports, contract & administration supports.
- Ability to prepare work quotations accordingly to specifications using Schedule of Rates.
- Ability to work with numerous consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors in an efficient manner.
- Possess Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Building with a local polytechnic or equivalent and has at least three (3) years of relevant working experience in building services maintenance or construction industry, especially in managing Addition and Alteration (A&A) works.
- Familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities’ approval.
- Candidates who are either a registered member with the Society of Project Managers Singapore; Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers; Institution of Engineers Singapore; or other equivalent qualifications in project management will have an advantage.
