The Opportunity
We are seeking self-motivated Practice Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of our growing business in Singapore. The right candidate is someone who wants to be at the forefront of growing and developing a business while leveraging our vast network of regional relationships.
This role will own the end-to-end recruitment process and partner closely with clients within the industries. He/she will develop talent sourcing and attraction strategies for mid-to-senior hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and regional team KPIs in a fast moving, competitive sales environment
- Identifying, developing, and managing client business relationships together with selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business.
- Develop and implement short and long-term recruitment campaigns as well as deliver service, quality, and results
- Selecting candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role
- Taking responsibility for candidate care and keeping in regular contact with our candidates
- Manage a team.
