- Process letters and emails correspondences to customers upon request
- Attend to incoming General Hotline calls
- Manage customer enquires via livechats
- Handle customer enquiries on payment arrangement and reconnection
- Process instalment plan and deferment of payment
Job Requirements
- MIn Diploma in any course
- Experience in call centre; customer service will be highly advantageous
- Able to start work within short notice
