Job Description
- Purchase forecasting, observe stock level and make sure order place in time to prevent out of stock.
- Coordinate with store to check stock levels as required and place order as needed.
- Generate and placing purchase order with oversea anad local supplier.
- Source and procure materials/ stock or equipment from oversea and local according to production and sales team requirements.
- Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support production and sales team.
- Negotiate and co-ordinate with supplier for best possible price purchase and rebate.
- Handle and arrange oversea shipment with supplier and forwarder. Follow up shipment status.
- Cost controls. Calculate profit and selling price based on the cost (after currency and shipping charges)
- Bullet proof product import and export.
- Handle buy and sell with China Branch
- Maintain database-update and file all material requisitions, quotations and purchase orders as per company's SOP.
- Handle buy and sell.
- Handle the daily purchasing duties in the SAGE 300 ERP System.
- Other administrative and special tasks as needed
- Assist Sales & Marketing
Requirement
- Knowledge of resource management techniques in a warehouse context.
- Possess Words, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Flexible, self-driven, team-oriented, resourceful, and thorough, with an attention to detail and a willingness to get their hands dirty.
- Able to multitask, perform well under time pressure, and be well-organized.
- Powerful problem-solving abilities
- Good working attitude
