- Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday, Office hours
- Salary up to $3,200 based on experience
- 3 months contract (possibility of extension till end of 2024)
Job Scopes
- Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
- Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR
- Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR
- Adhoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
- Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality
- IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data
