- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which includes but not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparations of directors' and shareholders resolutions
- Ensuring compliance in accordance to relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
- Degree Holder or above
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in corporate secretarial work
- Conversant with the Companies Act & familiar with the regulatory and reporting requirements
- Good knowledge of process and electronic filing requirements of ACRA
- Proficiency working attitude, pro-active, good team player and able to work indenpendently with minimal supervision
- Preparation of XBRL
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
