ServiceNow Platform Administrator
Our client is a prominent healthtech company seeks a versatile and adaptable individual to join their ranks. This person will be responsible in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Configure and customise ServiceNow platform to meet organisation’s requirements and to ensure that performance is optimal.
· Administer user access, roles, permissions within ServiceNow, implement and maintain all the Servicenow modules.
· Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues, perform routine system maintenance tasks, and provide timely support to end users.
· Create and maintain documentation that is related to ServiceNow configurations and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
· Have about 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Administrator.
· Proficient in ServiceNow platform configuration, customisation, and administration.
· Problem solving and analytical skills.
· Knowledge of the various modules of ServiceNow.
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
