Job Description
- Analysis of monthly financial statements and forecasts, provide direction to management for future and highlight current management issues for the company in terms of budget and forecast gaps and trends.
- Financial management (cash management, payment approval, accounts receivable and payable monitoring), fixed asset, inventory, and procurement management with guidance. Provide consultation on Accounting regulations and HR management.
- Support management in developing and executing mid- to long-term business strategies. Identify issues from both financial and human resource perspectives, as well as to communicate internally to foster the strategies.
- Improve HR engagement, support the formulation and implementation of human resource plan.
- Provide explanations to local staff about HR, Accounting, CSR, and procurement related matters requested from Japan. Assist to meet requirements and timeline from Japan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent professional qualification or MBA.
- Medium of communication between Japan and Singapore company. Proficiency in Japanese is a must.
- Leadership experience (human resource development and management) or equivalent work experience (at least 5 years) as a human resource manager, finance manager, etc.
- Expertise (human resources, accounting)
- Familiar with CSR
- Management skills to implement the PDCA cycle and leadership skills to work tenaciously with relevant parties to achieve goals.
