Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a professional manner and handle customer's enquiries.
- Assist in hotel check in and out, guide them on the usage of hotel facilities and room locations.
- Help guests at the Front Desk with tasks like providing room keys, handling special requests, and confirming tickets.
- Collaborate with bell service and staff management to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain close communication with Reservations, Housekeeping, and other departments to establish clear communication channels throughout the hotel.
- Make sure that departing guests receive accurate departure information, and verify the accuracy of their check-out invoices upon departure.
