Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections to assess the feasibility of demolition projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permits.
- Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality.
- Assist Project Manager in overseeing the daily construction and site coordination of different activities.
- To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule & preparation of daily records & monthly site progress reports.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
- At least 1 years of experience in demolition engineering
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to demolition work
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attitude, good communications skills and good team player.
